Meet the Founder
Nana Sabela has over 20 years’ experience in the fields of Human Resources, labor relations, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce planning, Org Design, training and development, leadership and strategic change management.
Having held senior management positions in Sasol Technology, BHP Billiton, City of Johannesburg, Engen, uShaka Marine, Astrapak and Transnet. She has only left with dissertation to complete Master’s Degree in HR through UKZN and currently holds Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, Degree in HR and another Degree in Labour
relations.
She had an opportunity to serve on the Executive Committee of Transnet, uShaka Marine and Astrapak as Human Resources Executive where she played a leading role in managing the strategic change process, talent management, executive coaching,
change management and human resources management.
Her exposure has been both operational and strategic in the roles of HR Manager, she has also worked in both management and executive levels and has designed, implemented and driven Organization Development (OD) interventions.
Nana has a passionate interest in making a difference across the arenas of Talent and Management Development, strategy development, positioning Human capital in line with 4th Industrial revolution and winning the war for talent. She also has a proven record of spearheading the project to redesign processes and restructuring in line with a new operating model to improve efficiencies and sustainability.
