Meet the Founder

Nana Sabela, the founding member of Nizenande HR Consulting, brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Training & Development, Leadership, and Strategic Change Management.

She has held senior management positions at Sasol Technology, BHP Billiton, City of Johannesburg, Engen, uShaka Marine, Astrapak, and Transnet. She served on the Executive Committees of Transnet, uShaka Marine, and Astrapak, leading strategic change processes, talent management, executive coaching, and organizational development initiatives.

Nana holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, a Degree in Human Resources, and a Degree in Labour Relations. She is completing her Master’s Degree in HR at UKZN. With a passion for talent development and human capital transformation in the 4th Industrial Revolution, Nana has a proven track record of restructuring organizations to improve efficiency and sustainability.
